Hi, there! Welcome to Hypatia’s FoodLab. I am so grateful you’re here. I am Jinsui, a Registered Dietitian, the creator of Hypatia’s FoodLab. An avid music fan, traveler, and amateur photographer. I am drawn to all beautiful souls and places in the world. Based in New York, I have been exploring with cooking for quite a few years. Infused with boundless passion for cooking. My kitchen is my laboratory where I make all the magic happens. I am also a mother of two beautiful daughters Sophia & Ophelia. I am a clinical dietitian nutritionist who aspires to help people eat healthier and live better. Currently working as a Clinical Registered Dietitian at North Shore University Hospital.

欢迎大家来到希帕提娅的实验室。我现在生活在纽约,是一名注册临床营养师,一名热爱在厨房里捣腾的业余美食爱好者。我喜欢音乐,喜欢旅游,喜欢摄影,喜欢这世间一切美好的事物。我将自己的厨房当作实验室,因为很多美食项目都是第一次尝试,有成功的,也有失败的。我希望将来可以将自己的美食项目规模化,希望能够做出自己的特色。 我毕业于纽约皇后大学学习营养学系,本科是皇后大学心理学。 2022年在全美最全面的学术医疗保健服务系统纽约长老医院做临床营养学实习,现就职于纽约长岛北岸大学医院临床营养师。
